Billing and Insurance
 Our services are paid for by a combination of membership
fees and fees for services provided.
Membership fees can be paid annually, semiannually or quarterly.
We would be happy to set up a convenient automatic payment plan with
your credit card company or bank where possible. Membership fees
and charges for healthcare received through OEH may be eligible
for coverage or reimbursement under the terms of your Health Savings
Account (“HSA” ), MSA, or similar program.
Payment for services not covered by the membership fee is due at
the time of service. Because of the membership fee, OEH members receive
the most favorable rates for these services. In most cases, your
insurance reimbursement will be sufficient to meet these out-of-pocket
expenses (subject to the coverage, deductible, and coinsurance terms
of your health insurance plan). For your convenience, we gladly accept
Visa, MasterCard or personal check.
To provide the level of care we offer, we cannot participate in insurance
plans other than Medicare. However, we will gladly file your insurance
paperwork so that you can/may get reimbursed for their “allowable
charges” from your insurance carrier. Orlando Executive Health
would be considered an Out of Network provider for all but Medicare
insurance plans. |
