Multi-site collaborative demonstration project between HRSA/Office on Aging, community Alzheimer’s Associations, and Medicare MCO’s (BCBSF Orlando site enrollment complete [first site to do so]; follow-up in process).

“Missed Opportunities in Pediatric Immunization: Epidemiology & Root Cause Analysis”
Health Systems Epidemiology collaborative study involving CDC&P and multiple BCBSF/HOI offices and providers (in preparation).

“Cardiovascular Secondary Event Prevention through MCO-based Targeted Illness Management Program”
Pilot program to evaluate feasibility of MCO– (vs. hospital- or physician group-) based cardiovascular disease management program in a dispersed IPA model; funded through unrestricted educational grant from Merck Pharmaceuticals.
